I see Solomon software as a steadfast work horse that does the routine accounting.  But, truly, your Solomon software is a lot like my kid’s toy “the transformers”.   By this I mean, none of us have crystal balls to foresee the future, yet we know change is inevitable.  This is one of the areas that Solomon, truly excels, because of it’s built in flexibility.   A partial list of what creates this powerful flexibility would include: customization manager module, custom VBA programs, transaction import, FRx reporting tools, and the crystal designer module.  You start with the off the shelf software which is “moldable” and “twistable”, like the transformer toys, and can typically last a ten to twenty years of service to you and your company.  Solomon has always been on the leading edge of finding and incorporating technology to make its solution more robust.  You have made a great choice by choosing Solomon.

News Flash:  Support for Solomon IV version 5.0 ends in September 2004.

Recommended Action: Upgrade to version 5.5 prior to this deadline.  Some people ask us why not wait and upgrade to version 6.0 of Solomon when it comes out.  Our answer is that we generally don’t like to see our customers be pioneers with newly released software versions.  If our clients are using only the financial modules, such as GL, AP, and AR, we generally support this rapid upgrade. However, if the customer is using Project, Distribution, or light manufacturing, we tend to recommend the conservation upgrade path.

We can be of assistance in answering questions regarding upgrades, give us a call at 888 455 9876, if you are in the US.

Take advantage of our customer referral program to earn some money!  Earn $70 Amazon gift certificate for each company referral name which leads to a software sale.  Simple and easy are two ideas which we have incorporated as a ways of saying thanks for business referrals.  Send you referrals via email to  jcozens@systematicsol.com
