Technology is changing very rapidly.  So why not give you the benefits.   Systematic Solutions has found ways to do remote support via a internet connection.  We have also found ways to allow you to talk with us via a “remote 800 phone number”.  These two technologies allow us to offer an alternative support service to you. 

 

As an introductory offer, anyone who uses the service before 9/15/04, will be given special pricing.  You will save $35 connect fee, which we normally charge. 

 

Fees are charged in quarter hour increments at $40/quarter hour support.  You pay only for the time used to solve your problem.  Also we can offer your remote training, remote report development, or remote customizations via this service.
